Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will support our compliance program activities, focusing on clinical/billing compliance and data analytics.

You will develop and maintain policies and procedures, monitor and investigate compliance complaints, and collaborate with physicians and industry partners.

  • Assist with planning, education, assessment, testing/monitoring, and other compliance program functions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and industry partners.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance our compliance program.

Salary and Requirements

The estimated salary for this role is $105,000 - $140,000 per year.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in billing/coding and data analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software packages like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Prior experience with data analytics tools like Spotfire, Tableau, and ACL is highly desirable.
