As an EHS Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the EHS team to ensure compliance of all EHS regulations and help us successfully achieve company and customer objectives.

Your strong work ethic and attention to detail will ensure our operations continue to run efficiently.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience.

About the Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing elevated support to the EHS team, ensuring all aspects of EHS compliance are met at the highest level.
  • Maintaining, coordinating and communicating EHS processes and procedures.
  • Reviewing, administering, maintaining and ensuring compliance with company policies and various state and federal regulations.
  • Conducting on-site audits of facility requirements as it relates to EHS programs and initiatives.
  • Reviewing, researching, developing and communicating EHS programs and solutions initiatives; developing action plans as necessary.
  • Leading safety meetings, training and continuing education.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
