Lyngblomsten, a Christian nonprofit organization, is seeking a skilled Nursing Office Coordinator to join our Home Health Department. As a collaborative team member, you will provide administrative coordination to the Assisted Living nursing team, ensuring seamless record management and clerical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the nursing team, including record management and clerical tasks.
  • Schedule client services and back-up staff scheduling as needed.
  • Confirm client services using the Eldermark system.
  • Answer office phones and respond to requests from clients and families.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure effective team coordination.

Requirements

  • Comfortable using a computer and proficient in administrative tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Experience as an Aide or Personal Care Assistant is a plus.
  • Able to oversee staff and provide guidance as needed.
