Job SummaryWe are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting Target's services and offerings. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, providing a welcoming experience for our guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide a welcoming experience for guests, engaging with them in a genuine way and offering assistance as needed.
- Be knowledgeable about Target's services and offerings, including Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
- Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of Target Loyalty programs to guests, assisting with application or sign-up as needed.
- Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a genuine way.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Knowledge of Target's services and offerings, including Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
