Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and drive sales
  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to conversion
  • Represent the community at outside events and build relationships with local contacts
  • Assist with resident retention and develop programs to improve resident satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience working in a service-related industry, preferably in hospitality or healthcare
  • Ability to travel locally and attend events
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
