**Job Title:** Administrative Coordinator

The Park Lawn Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and accounting-related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and providing information to callers or routing calls to the appropriate person
  • Greeting and escorting visitors and their guests
  • Performing accounting tasks, including AP/AR, inventory, and account reconciliation
  • Updating timekeeping systems and preparing daily deposit reports
  • Processing invoices and resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Receiving and recording payments from client families
  • Scheduling appointments and composing correspondence as needed
  • Compiling and reporting statistical data and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or general accounting role
  • A valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • High degree of computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
