Job Overview

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients progress and reach their recovery goals under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care, including therapy techniques and exercises.
  • Measure and track patient progress, informing the Physical Therapist of any changes.
  • Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Educate patients on home exercises and the importance of continuing care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current FL Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a PTA role.
