Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to become an integral part of our engineering team. This role is crucial for the installation, maintenance, and integration of analyzers, particularly focusing on hydrocarbon and continuous gas analyzers. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in heat tracing, PLC integrations, continuous emission monitoring, and preventative maintenance, with a strong emphasis on technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include:

1. Installation, calibration, and upkeep of various analyzers, especially hydrocarbon and continuous gas types.
2. Management of heat tracing systems and execution of PLC integrations.
3. Regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
4. Continuous monitoring of emissions and compliance with established guidelines.
5. Providing technical assistance during the commissioning phase of projects.
6. Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
7. Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
8. Traveling to various project sites as necessary.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the engineering sector.
2. Extensive knowledge of analyzers, heat tracing, PLC integrations, and preventative maintenance.
3. Proven background in the petrochemical, pipelines, refineries, and oil & gas industries.
4. Strong understanding of continuous emission monitoring systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
8. Willingness to travel to various project locations as required.
9. Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
