Key Responsibilities
  • Debris Removal: Remove trash and debris from shopping centers and parking lots, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Trash Management: Empty trash cans, replace trash bags, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Patrol grass areas, clean debris from around dumpster areas, loading docks, and corrals, and maintain fence lines and walkways.
  • Equipment Operation: Use hand-held blowers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically able to perform duties, including walking, bending, and lifting objects, as well as driving for extended periods.
Requirements
