Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing debris removal and general cleaning tasks
  • Replacing trash bags and emptying trash cans
  • Foot patrolling of all grass areas for trash and debris
  • Cleaning debris from around dumpster areas, loading docks, and corrals
  • Cleaning debris along fence lines and walkways

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including walking, bending, and lifting
