The Associate Director will advise and assist the Director in planning and implementing the goals for the School. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning faculty workload according to university policy
  • Supervising staff and conducting performance reviews
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated academic leadership and collaboration skills
  • An earned research doctorate and the ability to be tenured at the Associate or Full Professor rank
  • Eligibility for Texas licensure in Physical Therapy
  • Membership in APTA
