Key Account Wine Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Sales and Account Management professional to join our team at K&L Wine Merchants.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leading independent wine retailer, providing high-touch, personalized service to top-producing clients. As a Key Account Wine Salesperson, you will be responsible for cultivating and engaging with clients, providing customized product sets and offers, and building successful marketing materials for a top client email list.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and engage with top-producing clients to provide exceptional service and meet sales and client acquisition goals.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of wine regions, varieties, and vintages with an emphasis on top-tier producers, rare, and collectible wines.
- Initiate regular contact with existing clients and warm leads to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Contribute product reviews to K&L's website, blog, and newsletter.
- Minimum 3+ years in fine wine sales and account management.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skillful problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
