Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site property and liability inspections to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and provide recommendations for corrective measures.
  • Review and assess the existence of required safety programs to ensure compliance and functional effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement risk management best practices and provide training and education to clients on safety and compliance matters.
  • Conduct ergonomic evaluations, accident investigations, and specific hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on customer strategy issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports to meet department guidelines and turnaround times.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loss control or risk management consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
  • Strong customer service, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance with state fingerprinting regulations required.
  • Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CRM, CSRM, ARM, ARM-P preferred.
