Role Overview:
The Project Architect is accountable for the financial aspects of the project, including profitability, contract management, and scope definition. This role typically does not involve direct production of design documents but serves as the primary contact for multiple projects. Responsibilities include establishing project management strategies, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing resources effectively.

Primary Duties:
- Ensure overall project success by achieving profitability, budget, and timeline objectives.
- Strategically plan projects by interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing all phases of development.
- Implement risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders as milestones are achieved or adjusted.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and adequate staffing to meet project demands.
- Coordinate design teams, leading kickoff and progress meetings to adhere to established timelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status.
- Offer guidance to design teams to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and project scope, while addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise.
- Maintain positive client relationships, representing K2M Design with professionalism and ensuring project expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Required registration/license for the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE).
- Preferred knowledge of PMP or PSMJ Project Management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project management, design, and construction support.
