We are currently in search of a landscape architect who possesses project management and construction oversight experience, along with the capability to foster business development through an established network of clients and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in strategic business development by leveraging existing and potential client relationships, supported by the V3 sales team.
  • Prepare proposals and marketing materials with assistance from the V3 marketing team.
  • Develop and oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets for multiple initiatives.
  • Identify scope changes and communicate the necessity for contract modifications to clients promptly.
  • Coordinate and lead both internal team members and external consultants to fulfill design objectives and achieve project milestones.
  • Prepare cost estimates with the help of the V3 construction estimation team.
  • Efficiently manage and track time and expenses, ensuring timely invoicing to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Landscape Architect registration with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Project management experience across various landscape architecture project types and scales.
  • Experience in construction administration and contractor oversight for diverse landscape architecture projects.
  • A robust network of client and professional contacts for business development opportunities.
  • A portfolio showcasing significant contributions to high-quality design projects.
