Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide design direction and oversight for landscape projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and sustainability.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, architects, and engineers to ensure that landscape design solutions are integrated with other aspects of the project.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including marketing, networking, and proposal development, to help grow the company's landscape architecture practice.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong design and project management skills, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Licensure: Licensed Landscape Architect (or working towards licensure) in the state of [insert state].
