Shipyard Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipyard Project Lead to oversee the construction and modification of vessels at our shipyard. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in shipyard operations and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction and modification of vessels, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Collaborate with naval architects, engineers, and shipyard staff to develop project plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipyard operations, including new construction and major repairs
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate teams
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
