Recreation Program Coordinator, Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recreation Program Coordinator to join our team at HRA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and running community activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the DLE in planning and coordinating community activities, including events and outings.
- Help maintain the Activity Participation Tracking Chart and assist in the success of the community Parallel Programming schedule.
- Encourage residents to participate in community activities and assist them in attending while supporting their independence.
- Assist with ordering supplies and equipment for regular activities and help maintain a safe and alert work environment.
- May be required to attend outings off-site and help keep track of residents to ensure a meaningful and safe trip for all.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the DLE.
- The ability to work in a safe and alert manner.
- The ability to take ownership for associate's safety and the safety of the residents.
- Must disclose any medication that might impair associate's ability to perform the job safely or competently.
