About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team at dsm-firmenich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and determine the technical needs of customers and develop a technical service plan.
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they are able to apply our products safely and effectively.
  • Prepare colors pitches for customers, analyzing their brand proposals and creating color concepts based on their brand aspirations.
  • Develop and deploy training for colors, customizing it for different segments and including various disciplines such as regulatory, commercial, and application.
  • Connect the Taste and Health organization to create joint concepts using colors.
  • Generate market intelligence regarding competitors and other colors in the market.

Requirements
  • Experience in the color houses or similar preferred.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science or technology for food and beverages.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Customer Intimacy.
  • Managerial and social knowledge and experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
