About the Company:

Kubota is a leading manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Leader to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Data Engineer Leader will lead a team of data engineers to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance data systems to support Kubota's business operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, software engineering, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data flows, and data integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all data systems.
  • Analyze and optimize data processing workflows to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake design.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
