Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our rooms, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping duties, including changing linens, cleaning rooms, replenishing supplies, and rearranging rooms to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct various cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure all rooms meet quality standards and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with a team of housekeepers to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Respond to housekeeping requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Dispose of trash and assist with laundry management to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Report and handle lost items found in rooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of housekeeping experience.
  • Familiarity with cleaning appliances and products.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Demands
