Position Overview:

  • Dedicated clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care, including a personal Medical Assistant for each clinician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop detailed care plans; perform physical examinations and evaluations on assigned patients; diagnose and manage medical conditions for a specific patient demographic
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care; write appropriate medical orders, including prescriptions for controlled substances
  • Communicate with supervising physicians regarding any significant patient events or issues that require further consultation
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of clinical and support staff within the practice
  • Document patient progress and treatment procedures in medical records; maintain necessary documentation as required

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nursing with advanced assessment skills OR Bachelor's degree with completion of an accredited physician assistant program. Must be licensed to practice in the state
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse
  • Possession of state and federal Controlled Substance Registration
  • Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience within the last three years
