Job Summary

As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of behavior analysts and therapists, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of behavior analysts and therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
  • Provide clinical supervision to behavior analysts and therapists, assessing client progress and evaluating therapist performance.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize naturalistic ABA principles to address each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and families to seamlessly integrate ABA strategies into their everyday lives.
  • Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance with parents, families, and individuals receiving services.
  • Analyze data, closely monitor client progress, and develop goals for program progression, identifying the next steps in programming.
  • Review progress reports written by behavior analysts to ensure quality and adherence to established standards.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development for current staff.
Requirements
  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in active standing.
  • At least three years of experience in providing ABA services to children with autism.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Complete TB test and livescan clearance.
Working Conditions

This position requires working at the Dream Big Children's Center 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week (as scheduled on a monthly basis). Working at the center requires the ability to focus in a noisy and busy environment.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, running, squatting, bending over, kneeling, and sitting on the floor.
