Studio Manager

Mayweather Boxing & Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our Charlotte location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management
- Manage daily studio operations, including client and staff concerns
- Collaborate with the Head Instructor to increase studio utilization and retention
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the studio and brand
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals and studio total goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in fitness studio management or sales
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for health and wellness
