We're seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for unlocking the power of the Orangetheory workout for others by bringing new people into the studio, talking with them about their goals, and helping them along their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outreach, conversion, and generation of new members
  • Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Give studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals
  • Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
  • Work with manager to hit monthly KPI's and cross-train with Operations Manager to help with facility issues

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm
  • Strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members
