Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Account Executive to join our team at CSI Pharmacy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in designated sales territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and company goals.
  • Formulate sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals.
  • Actively prospect orders from present and prospective customers.
  • Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policies and advise management promptly.
  • Develop territory plans to optimize efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing new business.
  • Educate referral sources on CSI Pharmacy services and benefits.
  • Create competitive strategies based on market trends.
  • Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives and maximum profitable sales.
  • Submit all required reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current files and other records in accordance with company instructions and requirements.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years medical sales or equivalent experience.
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication to build and maintain a maximum customer base.
  • Ability to multitask and frequently change direction.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance coverage, and access to a reliable automobile.
Work Environment

This role operates in a clerical office setting and requires frequent travel by automobile. The employee may be exposed to changing weather conditions.
