About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Work with branch manager and supervisor to attain or exceed individual goals, build effective relationships with clients, and conduct sales activities to drive business to the branch.
  • Operations: Execute teller banking transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures, and assist in the processing of night depository bags and currency.
  • Customer Experience: Consistently perform sales and service activities by adhering to our key values: professionalism, accountability, customer centricity, and security.
  • Risk Management: Support the management of compliance functions, including reconciliations, audits, and reporting, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent along with at least one year of demonstrated successful sales experience and six months cash handling experience or equivalent related experience and training.
  • NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
