We are seeking a skilled Pain Management Specialist to join our team at GEORGIA SURGICARE, LLC. As an Anesthesiologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical group.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' vital signs, medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors.
  • Design a patient's treatment plan in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Supervise nurses when administering anesthesia to patients before procedures.
  • Monitor vital signs of patients during surgery and adjust anesthetics as needed.
  • Maintain detailed notes on patient treatment, dosing, and vital signs.
  • Provide continuing care after surgery to control the level of pain relief and consciousness.
  • Communicate continuing care instructions to specialists and nurses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
  • A valid state medical license to practice in Georgia.
  • Proven experience as an Anesthesiologist, with a strong track record of administering anesthesia across a range of surgical procedures.
  • Experience in outpatient surgery centers.
  • Independence in performing tasks without relying on CRNAs.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical teams, patients, and families.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
