We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at GEORGIA SURGICARE, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams* Create and implement employee engagement strategies* Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors* Manage budgets and resources effectively* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures* Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions* Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and compliance requirements* Develop and maintain effective HR systems and processes* Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues related to HR systems* Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices* Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting processes* Represent the company at industry events and conferences* Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion* Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs* Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records* Manage employee conflicts and disputes* Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational issues* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters* Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions* Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and compliance requirements* Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver results

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or specialist role* Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations* Experience with HR software and systems* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field* Master's degree preferred* Bilingual (Spanish optional)

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
