Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage employee benefits, including health and life insurance
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including hiring, promotions, and terminations
  • Analyze data to forecast hiring needs and ensure effective recruitment processes
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and ensure compliance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as ADP TotalSource
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
