Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Representative to join our automotive sales team. As a New Vehicle Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting new car options to potential customers, specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience.

In this role, you will also be required to:

  • Navigate new car sales contracts and work with team members in the finance department to answer questions for customers;
  • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange;
  • Uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance;
  • Compile reports and records of dealership automotive sales for presentation to sales manager;
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and commitment to delivering a positive sales experience.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Bilingual Spanish & English language proficiency;
  • Knowledge and interest in new car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships' financing options, and sales management.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, based on industry standards and location. We offer bonus incentives, travel opportunities, and other fun perks to our top performers, recognizing their hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
