Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Senior Stability Coordinator to join our team at SCA Pharmaceuticals, LLC. As a key member of our Quality Control unit, you will be responsible for performing pharmaceutical stability studies of compounded products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute stability study protocols, ensuring adherence to plan and schedule.
  • Coordinate testing, evaluate results, and generate final reports.
  • Review test results for accuracy and cGMP compliance.
  • Oversee stability chambers, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
  • Investigate deviations, corrective actions, and out-of-trend results.
  • Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, or related field.
  • 5+ years of laboratory experience with HPLC in an analytical chemistry laboratory.
  • Experience with sterile-injectable products is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
