**Customer Service Excellence**

Burlington is seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, approaching your work with Burlington's philosophy and company core values in mind.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Model company core values and Our Burlington philosophy

* Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys

* Maintain a neat and orderly front end area and troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions

**Requirements:**

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
