Production Manager Assistant

A successful candidate for this role will have prior experience in the restoration industry, supervising production crews and jobs, as well as coordinating requirements for production, completing job files, and monitoring jobs from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented, with excellent customer service skills and a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
• Manage job file documentation/ on-site duties.
• Assign tasks to Production Technicians and Crew Chiefs and manage workflow and task completion.
• Communicate and establish rapport with commercial and residential customers.
• Oversee processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs.
• Inspect services and final walk-through on jobs to achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work is completed during and at the end of each job.
• Control damage reimbursement expenses, ensuring costs are maintained at the established rate.
• Make sure supplies required for jobs are available.
• Control production expenses, ensuring costs are maintained at the established rate.
• Manage equipment and materials (assets).
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and facilities in working order, ensuring that all are well-maintained.
• Make sure production crew chiefs and technicians follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary.
Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience in the Restoration Industry.
• 1+ Supervisory role experience.
• WRT certification required.
• Must be flexible to work on call every 2-4 weeks (remotely answering phones).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
