Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Executive at Priority Payment Systems South, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting and contacting potential customers, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by desired deadlines
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with sales in the restaurant/bar industry
- Knowledge of merchant POS services (Square, Toast, Union, Aloha, TouchBistro, Luva, etc.) is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
