Business Development Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Bold Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales leads into customers. This is a full-time 100% remote position where you'll work from home. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to directly contact prospective customers by telephone and email. You will also be responsible for market research, developing warm leads, and vetting lead lists for warm and cold leads. In addition, you will identify prospects that fit our target demographic, use product knowledge to showcase our solutions, and upsell additional products as needed. You will track progress using database, CRM, or other software and report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders. You will also negotiate agreements and prices with customers, respond to complaints, and maintain contact with existing clients to provide professional after-sales support.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in sales with staffing for BPO, office support, IT, data entry, finance, marketing, and/or customer service roles. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, time management, organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability, networking aptitude, fearless attitude, and a hunter mentality are also essential. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
