Job Overview

We are a partnership for high-profile brands at CC Consultants, assisting our clients with brand exposure through unique and creative sales and marketing campaigns. Our team is focused on delivering the highest ROI and sales revenue to our clients.

This year, we aim for significant growth, and a key part of this is our Business Development Team. We are searching for a dedicated Business Development Specialist to work with our customer base, close sales cycles, and drive business expansion.

The ideal candidate will be driven, hungry, and dedicated to learning and growing within our team.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Communicate product features and benefits directly to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Analyze targeted customers using territory and demographic research.
  • Seek new sales opportunities and apply cross-selling strategies.
  • Be an expert in market and territory research, engaging with targeted audiences, increasing quality interactions, and driving brand profitability.
  • Achieve high closing sales rates by overcoming objections and utilizing negotiation tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure client goals are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Management roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tenacity, professionalism, and a student mentality.
  • Approachable and empathetic demeanor.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
