Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Senior Development and Community Relations Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to meet our organization's development and public relations goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and securing grants from foundations and corporations
  • Cultivating and stewarding existing and new donors
  • Developing and implementing fundraising strategies and events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Managing donor data and reporting
  • Serving as a staff member on the Board of Directors' Development Committee

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in nonprofit development
  • Proficiency in social media and donor database management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
