Job Overview

Sia Partners, a next-generation management consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Management Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients' Compliance and Legal leadership teams, leading cross-functional initiatives around Compliance, Data Privacy, Legal Operations, and Process.

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can manage client delivery, conduct effective meetings, collaborate with internal and client project team members, and provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.

Salary: $90,000 - $112,000 per year + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Project Manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team
  • Conduct effective meetings
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in business or related field
  • 1+ years of recent project management experience in a regulatory, compliance, legal, privacy, and/or securities related projects required
