About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Compliance Specialist to join our team in San Jose, CA. This role will involve developing and implementing chemical compliance policies and procedures to ensure effective management of regulatory requirements for the North American region.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of chemical compliance regulations, including TSCA, California Prop 65, PFAS, HFC, and similar regulations.

A competitive salary range of $100K-130K per year, depending on experience, is offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement chemical compliance policies and procedures
  • Manage and prepare regulatory reports, including CDR, PFAS, and HFC reports
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including Japanese business units and regulatory agencies
