  • Train new employees on job duties and cross-train current staff, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Complete required logs, reports, and other paperwork, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform quality checks on all work, ensuring that it meets the required standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred in a reprographic/mail setting.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance are a must.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
