Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Closing Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
1. Opening new real estate closing files.
2. Ordering title examinations and mortgage payoff details.
3. Collecting tax and utility information, as well as inspection letters and HOA/Condo dues.
4. Ensuring all necessary documentation is included in the closing file.

Additionally, you will:
- Distribute Buyer and Seller Information sheets to relevant parties.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate closings.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SoftPro.
