Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre Closer to join our team at Staffing Resources. As a Pre Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of residential real estate closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing, including tax calculations, payoff verifications, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with the Closer, Real Estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of closing tasks.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as real estate, finance, or administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
