Job Summary:

AccentCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide / CNA to join our team. As a Hospice Aide / CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Licensed to practice as a certified nursing assistant in the state of agency operation
Valid CPR certification
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to all business locations
