We're looking for a skilled Principal Product Manager to help us advance our mission of improving the care journey for patients, clinicians, and caregivers. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for our portfolio of analytical models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analytics teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements documents.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare or analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven product development and analytics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant field.

Nice to Have

  • Established track record of delivering successful products in healthcare or analytics.

Compensation and Benefits

Tendo offers a competitive salary range of $157,250-$212,750, as well as an equity package, annual bonuses, and benefits, including full health benefits, flexible spending and health savings accounts, company paid life insurance, company paid short-term and long-term disability, company equity, voluntary benefits, 401(k), company paid holidays, flexible time off, and an employee wellness program.
