Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing essential nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate closely with physicians to achieve optimal healing outcomes. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients, and we invite you to be part of our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex wound types
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Oklahoma State LPN license in good standing
  • BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Previous experience in wound care or a related field highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
