Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Rheumatology clinic. As a member of our dedicated healthcare team, you will provide essential care to patients by developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and assisting with clinical procedures.
Job Description:Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room, and/or hospital setting that provides patient care is preferred. A current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license is required, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications with accuracy and safety
- Maintain exam rooms and work environment
- Document nursing care and activities
- Assist with patient care and monitoring during procedures
- Train and assist other staff members
- $17.39-$28.40 per hour based on previous experience
