Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import Associate to join our team at Certified Laboratories Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating FDA sampling, testing, and reporting, as well as ensuring accuracy of LIMS FDA data entries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate FDA sampling from beginning to end, including arranging sampling/pickup, testing, and reporting to FDA.
  • Prepare and submit reports to FDA in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review daily sample receipts to ensure accuracy of collection reports, Notices of Action, packing lists, etc. for correct entry of tests needed in LIMS.
  • Interact with FDA, vendors, and clients via phone or written correspondence.
  • Participate in FDA Import meetings and Task forces.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree Minimum.
  • Minimum three years' experience in Customer Service.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Good computer skills and experience with LIMS systems.
