Job Title: Oracle Cloud Financials Manager

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions practice, you will be responsible for leading Oracle Cloud Financials projects, providing implementation support, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for Finance and Procurement functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects, including strategy development, implementation support, and ERP optimization.
  • Support business development activities, such as identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
  • Lead day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
  • Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Financial implementation, and upgrade experience.
  • Completion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead; Record to Report preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
  • Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
