Director, Oracle EPM Architect

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. As a Director, Oracle EPM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enhanced EPM processes, leveraging your technical expertise in account reconciliation, close/consolidation, planning, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting/analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of EPM processes, including close process redesign and budgeting/forecasting process optimization.
  • Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives.
  • Manage and deliver large complex EPM Transformation projects, leading end-to-end sales cycles and client executive relationships.
  • Establish relationships and communicate with key stakeholders, steering committees, and client leadership.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of seven years of EPM-related experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company.
  • Experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementation projects related to ETS and/or EPM with software vendors such as Oracle.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university preferred.
